It was chosen to maximize Keegan’s ranking. A cutoff of 150 or 200 is not an unreasonable line and Keegan’s rank drops just a bit. I don't think it's really all that arbitrary to figure out where your guy ranks on the volume he's played at. He's 35th in NBA in 3PA and 5th in percentage among those top 35 volume 3PA shooters. That's really good.
